Fluconazole 150mg capsule (Pack of 1)

Fluconazole 150mg capsule is an antifungal treatment used for vaginal thrush (candidiasis) and balanitis.

Fluconazole belongs to the azole group of antifungals. It works by preventing fungi from producing the substances they need to build their cell walls, effectively stopping growth and clearing infection.

How to take: Adults: take one 150mg capsule as a single dose. Not usually recommended for under 16s or over 60s without medical advice.

Precautions:

• Do not take if allergic to fluconazole or other azole antifungals.

• Avoid if taking medicines such as warfarin, certain statins, or specific antibiotics or antihistamines.

• Speak to your doctor if you have liver disease, kidney problems, recurrent thrush, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
