Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Refunds

For patient safety and in accordance with UK medicines legislation, we are unable to accept returns of medicines. Once supplied, medicines cannot be re-sold or reused, and all pharmacies are legally required to follow this rule.

If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you may return it to a local community pharmacy for safe disposal.

Products of a cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Cancellations

For items delivered by post, you may cancel your order at any time before your medication has been dispatched.

Your right to cancel ends once you receive dispatch confirmation, which confirms acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract.

Please note that our prescribers may review and issue prescriptions shortly after an order is placed. If a prescription has already been issued at the time of cancellation, a £5.00 prescription fee will apply. All remaining costs, including the medication and delivery charges, will be refunded in full.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if medication supplied is:

  • • not as described, or
  • • damaged or faulty
we will provide a full refund, including any applicable delivery charges.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If your card has expired before the refund is processed, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative.

If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible and do not use the medication.

To allow us to verify the issue, we may request additional information or photographs of the item supplied.

Where an error is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and advise on safe disposal of the medication via a local pharmacy.

For patient safety reasons, medicines that have been supplied cannot be reused or resold.
