Hyoscine 10mg tablets (Pack of 100)

Hyoscine butylbromide 10mg tablets are used to relieve stomach cramps, abdominal pain, and spasms caused by conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other gastrointestinal disorders. They help relax the smooth muscle in the gut, easing cramping and discomfort.

Hyoscine belongs to a group of medicines known as antispasmodics. By relaxing the muscle in the digestive tract, it helps reduce painful spasms without affecting normal digestion.

How to take: Adults and children over 12 years can usually take 2 tablets up to 4 times daily as needed. Swallow tablets whole with water. Not suitable for children under 12 years unless advised by a doctor. Always follow the dose recommended by your prescriber or pharmacist.

Precautions:

•Do not take if you are allergic to hyoscine butylbromide or any of the other ingredients.

•Avoid if you have glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, enlarged prostate, or certain bowel conditions such as obstruction or megacolon.

•Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medicines.

•May cause side effects such as dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, or dizziness. Do not drive or operate machinery if affected.
